At AxiaVibe, we want you and your furry best friend to be 100% thrilled with your premium gear. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help!

14-Day Return Window We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have exactly 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns (The "Clean Paw" Rule) For hygiene and safety reasons, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn and unused (no pet hair, stains, or odors).

  • With all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).

How to Start a Return Starting a return is easy! Simply contact our team at contact@axiavibe.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. (Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective).

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@axiavibe.com with a clear photo of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and make it right at no extra cost to you!

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
